Before neurosomatic work, I spent years in corporate rooms running on adrenaline, pretending I was fine while my body quietly fell apart.On paper I was thriving; inside I was wired, exhausted and endlessly second‑guessing myself. I watched the same slow unraveling in people I cared about until my health couldn't take it anymore.Learning to treat my body as an intelligent partner, instead of something to push through or fix, didn’t make me less sensitive or less neurodivergent. It simply gave me more choice: my anxiety eased, the volume on my overthinking turned down, and I had more capacity to respond instead of react.Today, I blend neurosomatic tools, movement, mindset reframing & intuitive modalities to create experiences that reconnect sensitive souls with their own wisdom, vitality & capacity for self-trust.
