Instead of squeezing your nervous system into a 60‑minute box, we let your body set the pace. So our deep work typically lasts between 75 and 90 minutes.We close at your natural point of optimal integration, so you leave feeling clearer and more grounded. You’ll be guided through a blend of:

Over 30 days, you move through bite‑sized somatic practices, nervous‑system resets and simple communication scripts designed to help you shift from wired‑but‑tired to grounded‑and‑clear.
Each step is intentionally small, so your sensitive system can actually integrate instead of shutting down.
You’ll learn how to:
