I know what it’s like to have a life that looks successful on paper and feels like chaos on the inside.As an Executive Project Manager and Agile Coach, I mastered the art of leading high-stakes projects and high-performing teams.
I also mastered the art of high-functioning anxiety, leading to three burnouts and a divorce all within the same decade!
My quest for peace became non-negotiable:
- I went beyond my existing mindfulness practices and dove deep into the world of somatic healing—the very tools that helped me recover from the relentless "small-t traumas" of chronic stress.
- Through intuitive dance, EFT tapping, and breathwork, I learned a truth that changed everything...
